UPDATE- the office responded below saying these things “did not happen” interesting. What didn’t happen? I’d love to provide proof on my end. I have the voicemail and text messages still. My visit cost me $100 today for a 10 min appointment and I do have insurance they take. I was YELLED at as I tried walking out by the same man because I took my card out too soon, so I had to redo my card payment. I have never been yelled at in a doctors office before. I guess you can’t teach bed side manner. I am so sad to post this review. I’ve never been to a dermatologist before, zocdoc had recommended me to this place. One thing, parking is not free. I had to reschedule my appointment 8 hour prior due to getting Covid. I had text messages the following morning upset with me and asking for a $50 fee for rescheduling so last minute. But I also had a nice voicemail from someone that morning saying they received my reschedule request. So there was some sort of miscommunication in the office between Katie and Joe I think his name is? I ended up having to reschedule again, this time 12 hours prior, I texted them and reschedule on zocdoc, due to still feeling so sick with Covid & my fiancé testing positive for Covid. I finally got to come today! They wouldn’t let me leave without paying a $50 fee for my rescheduling. They made me feel like they didn’t believe that I was sick. I’m shocked. I thought health care professionals took Covid seriously? I’m bummed and sadly won’t return here. I really wanted to continue on this skin journey.

Dr. Tidwell is awesome! He is knowledgeable, caring, and skilled. My husband had skin cancer above his lip and he did a great job of removing it as the skin cancer was deep and needed reconstruction. People say they cannot even tell he had skin cancer surgery. We are very pleased with Dr. Tidwell and highly recommended him..

Dr. Tidwell is truly compassionate with his patients and always has his patient's best interest in mind. He is very approachable with any of your concerns and takes his time to make you feel comfortable. You know you are in good hands for your skin cancer treatment when you see him. He trained at one of the best places in the country so you can be sure your getting world class care.

Dr Tidwell is one of the most caring doctors i have met. He has done two mohs surgery on me and they turned out perfect. One was Keystone Flap on my leg it turned out real good can hardly see where he did it. i would highly recommend him he is such a caring doctor he called at home each time i had the surgeries . I am getting ready. for another one, so i am not worried about it ,it is on my nose.
