Went there for back pimples, the doctor’s prescription only made it worse. He didn’t even let me take clothes off to see the skin. Unreliable. edit: respond to the reply, I was here a year and a week ago, not last week. I used the prescription here for a week, it just got worse. In comparison, my old dermatologist at Pasadena comprehensive gave me prescription that cured me in a week. My point is, the doctor here didn’t bother to look at my symptoms. Therefore the medication was awful. One star for the experience for sure.

I recently had a lipoma removed at Skincredible Dermatology , and my experience was fantastic. The doctors, assistants, and front desk staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. The clinic is spotless, well-equipped, and has a welcoming atmosphere. I felt well cared for at every step. Highly recommend this clinic!

I made an appointment days in advance. They had just moved offices and said they would text me the new address. They sent me the wrong old address two times via text. I left early to make sure I had plenty of time but obviously ended up at the wrong place. They called me exactly at my time of appointment and then ask where I was? I proceeded to let them know that I'm at the address they originally text me, twice. And they asked me how long it would be? The address is about 10 minutes away and when I explain this to them it said fine come down we'll wait for you. As soon as I'm pulling into the parking lot they call me back and let me know that the provider is not willing to wait because I exceeded the 10 minute wait. I don't understand why they would send me the wrong address and then give me a hard time and make me reschedule for a different day after taking the time off of work and driving all the way down. Not great customer service there's no way I would trust them with my skin if they can't even handle the simple appointment.

Dr Bobby and his team are amazing! I had a MOHS procedure done on my face and Dr Bobby is a spectacular job. There is no visible scar and my skin looks amazing!
