Dr. Luchetti was very professional. Made me feel at ease, and aggressively froze off several precancerous growths. It is with a great feeling of relief this has been done! I'm very glad I made appointment and would highly recommend California Skin Institute and the staff there!

Everyone pleasant and professional. Customer service is great except this is two years straight where I cannot make an appointment for my next annual exam as I leave. Something that simple seems to be something that could be easily resolved. Thanks.

Dr. Liss is a gentleman and very professional and thorough, he made me feel at ease. Cassandra his assistant has a beautiful bedside manner and made the experience so much more comfortable. All staff are kind, efficient and personable. A good experience.

I just had my first appointment with Dermatologist Doctor Kumar Nadham at the California Skin Institute in Monterey Ca. There offices were on a side road from Hwy 68 , real easy to find. I filled out new patients forms on a iPad … Also a breeze… Waited in the side room for about 7 minutes until my name was called … Great lady Assistant took me to the Medical Examiners Room and she put me at ease with choices of dress or gown I could do. Doctor came when I was ready and actually talked to me! I told him where my trouble spots were and he proceeded with the examination. Right after he gave me choices of treatment… Very Clear . He was able to treat my most concerned area on my back! Looked me over briefly again and said I was doing great. I got a prescription and we exchanged courtesy’s … We were all three Happy to meet… Best Doctors appointment ever!
