Dr. Javid's expertise truly shines in the realm of aesthetic treatments. I've been receiving Botox since my thirties and now, in my fifties, I can confidently say that no one has ever made me look more natural, youthful, and beautiful. Her signature lips are a must. Dr. Javid's exceptional skill and aesthetic vision rival that of any board-certified plastic surgeon. During the pandemic she offered outdoor visits which brought me to her practice. Since first visiting her in 2020, I've also experienced her expertise with Halo laser and laser hair removal, all of which yielded outstanding results at fair prices.

Roya did an amazing job on clearing up my acne, I love the products she provided me with. Also got great Botox. Her staff is great, Dr. Javid is fabulous and her office is lovely too!

I had an unpleasant experience. When I asked to see the product seal before any procedure and the price , she became noticeably agitated and eventually asked me to leave her office. Specific Concerns about Lack of Politeness: Dr. Roya's lack of politeness was evident in her reaction to my simple request. Instead of addressing my concerns calmly, she appeared nervous and asked me to leave. Suggestions for Improvement: I would suggest that Dr. Roya work on her communication and patient interaction skills, ensuring that patients' questions and concerns are handled professionally and respectfully.

Worst office ever and rude doctor. Office was about 40 degrees so very cold. Sent me to cold room to undress and waited for 30 minutes. Went out to desk and doctor not even there and not an emergency. She was just late. No toilet paper in bathroom. I left as they had no idea when she would be in. Stay away.

Doctor has terrible bedside manners, arrogant and not interested in helping the patients’ medical condition as much as her interest in juicing their money she didn’t explain much to me and wanted me to buy a compounded product from her office that she didn’t want to share what it has in it. Would not recommend
