Have been to Wink Med Spa for almost 3 years now. The staff are professional and friendly. Facials contain high end products and I’ve seen great results. my mother also enjoys the facial sessions and has been improvements in aged skin. The front desk Yuna is super helpful and thoughtful, never pushy to sell products or packages. Highly recommended.

Tbh kind of meh. I went in for a facial treatment after a long time since my previous one. My aesthetician did not perform any deep cleaning during the session at all. The only thing she did was just applying a hydration mask without removal of any blackheads or whiteheads. How on earth can my skin absorb any of the hydration without proper cleaning? Not surprisingly on the following day my face was just as bad as before the facial. It is not a cheap session either!! 200 bucks down to nothing. Won’t come here again

My first time getting a facial! I was very lucky to get my esthetician, Chelsea. She was very sweet and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Before the facial, I got my face washed with a soothing massage and a hot towel. I got a HydraFacial, which had 4 steps: exfoliate, peel, extract, and hydrate! They use a special machine to do the facial and it was quite relaxing. There are certain parts where it would tingle or sting a little, but the esthetician let me know prior. Overall, it was very calming... and my skin felt so tender and soft afterward. Everyone inside wears a face mask and washes their hands before you get your service done. Chelsea also wore gloves during the whole facial. I felt very comfortable and safe. There was ambiance music playing during the duration of the service too. Very relaxing~

This is for front desk service only. I booked an appointment two months in advance because I knew they are usually fully booked over the weekends. The nurse who is in charge of my appointment got caught up with something so they had to reschedule me. I understand things happen in life, so I asked the front desk lady if there are other nurses who are available at the same time; if not, who are available over the same weekend at any other time. Otherwise just cancel my appointment. Well, this lady kept suggesting Wednesday without even telling me the time, only the date. I told her “No, I can’t make it, I will be at work.” (turns out she was only offering Wednesday 1:00-3:00pm slots, which I have to ask her to get the time…) She then promised she will reach out to other nurses to see if they can fill in at my original appointment. Four days later I got nothing from her, so I texted her for updates. And she repeated all the above conversation with me 🙃 offering Wednesdays again, explaining why the nurse isn’t available, no updates, no compensation, no apology, just behaving like an AI that makes me want to type “Human representative please” I told her if I can take Wednesday work hours that no one else wants, I won’t have to make an appointment TWO MONTHS earlier. Well, she still has no regrets or apologies over her incompetence. So here I am on Google review. And this is not the first time. I have been with them for years, this somewhat new front desk lady just not clever enough to do this job. ——————————————— I had the same experience at RefinedMD. The nurse relocated, so they found another physician to fill in and made a phone call to me as soon as they have a plan. Giving me options to either maintain my original appointment with this physician or reschedule with anyone else in mind.

Then, they provided professional advice and personalized treatment plans, which made me feel very reassured. Throughout the entire process, their medical facilities were very advanced, clean, and comfortable. The nurses and estheticians were very friendly and professional, giving me a great sense of trust and security. I especially appreciated their attention to detail, from the treatment process to the aftercare service, they prioritized customer satisfaction. Moreover, the products and technologies they used were top-notch, leaving me very satisfied with the treatment results. Thank you, and I will definitely visit again!
