The entire experience felt like stepping into old Hollywood with the level of care, attention to detail, and follow-up that was nothing short of luxurious—like being pampered at The Ritz. The results? I look 10 years younger, and no one can tell what I had done! Dr. Brennan’s bedside manner is incredible; he made me feel like I was talking to my best friend. Dr. Brennan did an amazing job on my breast augmentation/revision as well as my lower eyelids. Minimal pain and I was back to my self after the weekend. Dr. Brennan offers the kind of medical care, expertise, support and compassion that is rarely seen in today’s medical community. Having been to him three times over the past 25 years for breast augmentation procedures, I can say without hesitation that no other doctor or facility would measure up to his skill, professionalism, integrity, and overall patient care. How many doctors would provide their personal cell phone to accept calls day and night (weekends included) to field any questions or concerns before or long after the procedures? Dr. Brennan does. His knowledgeable staff also redefine what it means to offer service and support in a compassionate demeaner that is nothing short of incredible. During our consultations, Dr. Brennan and his assistant, Laura, are in the examination room, along with my husband, answering all of our questions about options, risks, and rewards. Even after the doctor leaves, his assistant (who took copious notes of every question asked) stayed with us for another 25 minutes to revisit our questions, one at a time, to make sure we were clear on the doctor’s responses. And again the parting words of, “Here is my business phone number and my personal number if you need me after hours.” Who does that? Laura and Dr. Brennan do! 25 years ago I decided to have breast augmentation surgery. 12 years later, I made an appointment with Dr. Brennan to remove normal scar tissue build-up. While one would argue this is cosmetic, Dr. Brennan ethically helped us find financial support with my insurance company. While I certainly feel Dr. Brennan’s skilled artwork is top notch, take it from my husband. In his own words, Dr. Brennan’s work is “Spectacular!” Now ten years later, I decided that my body positivity was where I needed it to be without breast implants. I wanted them removed. In my mid-forties, without children, I knew I would be a good candidate to have my skin bounce back and lead my life feeling confident and fulfilled. Again, Dr. Brennan’s compassion, expertise, and support did not faulter. Knowing this elective surgery would be a pure ‘out of pocket’ expense, Dr. Brennan worked with us on pricing consideration. What ultimately makes Dr. Brennan stand out is his commitment to professionalism and ethics. Sure. It would be easy for him to find some way to classify this procedure as a medical necessity, allowing us to look to my insurance company for financial support. He explained to us that this procedure didn’t warrant insurance support. This demonstration of a moral and ethical high-ground position is one that any patient should be proud of and any medical professional should envy. During the extraction procedure, Dr. Brennan noticed a slight rupture (no serious consequence in the present state) in one of the implants. To this end, Dr. Brennan advised us that he can now comfortably and honestly commit this procedure to a medical necessity. He and his Team have taken on the heavy lifting of the insurance filing of the medical reimbursement claim on our behalf. Let me be clear, “HE” is doing it all. I only needed to provide my insurance card. He and his staff are creating and submitting all the paperwork, returning the implants to the manufacturer as evidence. Zero stress on our end. We are hopeful to get most, perhaps all of our money back for this procedure. What a doctor! What a facility! What an experience! Whether you took the time to read this review in its entirety, I can sum up our experience in two words. World Class! I proudly give Dr. Brennan and his medical Team a Five (5) Star, only because the system won’t let me give anything higher.

Dr. Brennan is a remarkable surgeon whose skill and expertise have transformed the lives of many, including mine. For years (the majority of my life), I struggled with large ankles also known as cankles. Due to my large ankles, I was unable to find clothing items and boots that would fit and I was terribly self conscious. Dr. Brennan emerged as my HERO, utilizing his immense talent to correct my condition. Through his precise surgical techniques and compassionate care, he not only alleviated my physical discomfort but also restored my confidence and freedom to wear ANY footwear and clothing I desire. At age 63 I was tired of lamenting the full head of thick hair I had been slowly giving up to the passing years. I sought hair implant surgery as a partial solution to my youthful look slipping away. Dr. Brennan was the second opinion I received for the FUE hair implant procedure. Not only was the fee significantly lower than the first doctor but the staff and Dr. Brennan were exceedingly warm, receptive and gained my trust right away. The actual procedure was, as described, arduous and took about 8 hours but with minimal pain. 10 months later, those who know my hair objectively well have applauded the results and have stated 'it was well worth it!!' More importantly, I'm thrilled with the results myself and highly recommend Dr. Brennan and his staff. Special mention about Laura who I've been going to for follow-on haircuts ever since.
