Check in was quick. I was seen fairly quick. Doctor was informative and compassionate with my skin. Gave me a daily wash routine and now the rest is up to me. Since I also have ingrown s on my chin he recommended I consider something like LaserAway vs using my own personal hair removal device I bought off Amazon. I would recommend this Dermatologist to anyone with medical. I was impressed with the service. I was in n out and with a newborn. Thank you.

The doctors and assistants were all very polite helpful and welcoming. Going back to take my other son soon. Definitely recommend this place for any skin problems.

I was greeted by such friendly staff. Smiling and very kind. The Dr. Was very thorough, great bed side manner and to the point. Nice clean office, new technology throughout. What can I say. Very impressive 👏 👌 😃 🙏. Thank you all. Great team you have there!!!!

The worst medical facility I have ever visited in my life. Dr. Keily Valenzuela (this was the name listed on my appointment, as the doctor herself never introduced herself) was rude and extremely unwelcoming. She didn’t listen to my issue and simply walked out of the room without a word, refusing to conduct the consultation on the grounds that the appointment was for my daughter, not for me. When booking the appointment, I called twice to clarify whether my daughter’s presence was required, given that she has no current issues, and I specifically needed a consultation regarding a chronic problem. I even mentioned that I could provide test results conducted by the primary care physician who referred us to this clinic. The clinic’s consultant assured me that her presence was not necessary. I strongly and sincerely do not recommend this doctor or this clinic. As a result, my time and energy were wasted, and most importantly, I did not receive the consultation I needed to prevent the recurrence of a serious problem.

I was seen right away. I had 3 issues that were all promptly addressed. The PA was very nice, knowledgeable and attentive.
