Dr Navi was quick and confident. Office staff was courteous and polite. All “paperwork”was done on a tablet which is much better than writing as fast as you can by hand, which we all do! I feel very good and informed by the Dr.

I went to have a mole looked at and have it biopsied. Service was great but I am giving them 2 stars only because I paid for the procedure at the office and I was told that is what I had to pay in office after what my insurance covered. The receipt was very basic no details at all so I took their work for it. A month later I was billed for a smaller amount and then again a few days later for the same smaller amount. I called to see and make sure it was not fraud and it turns out that I was paying a "professional fee" to see the doctor and what I paid for in the office was for the equipment.yeah I didn't get it either and I pressed the issue to have it explained to me of what it means but It sounded like the lady might have been trying to make it up but it's. It's not her fault so I dropped it. I would recommend paying in cash so they don't take from your card automatically.

I had a fantastic experience with the dermatologist. They arrived promptly for my appointment and efficiently managed the process, ensuring a quick turnaround. The office staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Doctor Navi was my teen daughter’s doctor, very polite, knowledgeable and confident about her condition. We visited today for following up with the same doctor. Very happy with the results and service!
