Lakisha is simply the best. She always finds an appointment for me and is extremely sweet. Renee was sweet as well very inviting. I really enjoy this location because the staff is so knowledgeable. Nurse Ari always makes my appointments as pain free as possible. She’s very warm and makes me laugh the entire service.

Besides being a very clean facility with easy parking, the staff is phenomenal. Especially impressed with Missy who is the location director. In addition to being humble and gracious, she is incredibly knowledgeable and goes out of her way to make her clients feel heard, respected and cherished She made my day. Frankly, she is one of the best Customer Service professionals I've ever met. if I could rate her higher than five stars, I certainly would!

The entire experience is so positive. The women who work here are so attentive and kind. The technicians do a fantastic job to make sure I’m comfortable and that the experience is as pleasant as possible. The results are the best part! My skin is so soft my hair growth has slowed significantly since my first treatment and my hair texture is also much finer when it does grow out. Like my friends have said before me, I can’t believe I waited so long to try this!
