Unified Health - Oxnard

I had a wonderful experience at the Oxnard clinic. Dr. Lin was very attentive and listened to what I was saying. I appreciate her time and effort into making sure that my skin is taken care of and the right tests are ran. The staff is very accommodating and sweet. I got lost and a staff member even came outside to make sure that I found the clinic. I appreciated everyone’s patience and understanding.

I want to thank Unified Health for their excellent service! Despite me scheduling the appointment wrong the staff was incredibly nice, patient, and helpful in sorting everything out. They were also very knowledgeable, ensuring I received the care I needed without any hassle. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!

My mom was referred by her PCP. The Office Personnel, Medical Asst-Denise, and Physician's Assistant C-Jessie Kim are extremely Professional, Knowledgeable, and friendly. It was our first visit. We extremely liked the newest technology which was a light rating equipment for ratings of potential of suspiciousness. A skin biopsy was proven for multiple areas and was completed. The entire process was explained. We appreciate that it was done without having to return as my mom is almost 90 yrs seasoned. Jessie went over post op instructions carefully and has an excellent and caring bed side manner. She handled all of our concerns. She also wore Specialty glasses to ascertain in the assessment. Behind the receptionist appears a tad cluttered and disarrayed. There was a desk and office supplies etc on the counters. You may need to speculate increasing your office space for storage to remove the clutter. Sadly this does make an impression. This office is in close vicinity to our home. Yes, we commend this office!

Five Star***** Very quick to get you in on scheduled appointment time. Staff is on point with intro and protocol. Dr. Michael Lin was personable and attentive to concerns. Highly recommend his professional service.
