My experience with Shandra is top notch! She listens well and carries out as agreed upon. Her skills are fine tuned. And she is a delight to interact with. The staff is professional. The facility is very clean. I continue to return to Shandra and Revive Med Spa. I am very pleased with the services and results!

I don't appreciate being made to wait 30 or more minutes after my appointment time. They would not tolerate that from me. This has happened to me before here. I had to ask other people in the office to please find out when I'm going to be seen because it is Saturday late afternoon and I have plans. At the end of my appointment I am told "thank you for your patience (twice)" Is that a joke? She knows very well I was asking about my appointment. And yet I'm asked to sign a contract stating I will pay them if I don't show up on time. I just need to spend some time looking for other places. This is not an urgent care center, it is a med spa.

Shonda and her staff are wonderful! The ladies at the front desk are very good at communicating and getting me in with great follow up and Shonda is a master injector and knows so much about all the latest technology as she keeps up on continuing education to provide the best care and results for her clients. She also takes her time in asking questions and listening to concerns and questions and comes up with suggestions, options and a game plan, Shonda is so good that when I lived in the Bay Area (N. Ca.), I’d fly in just to see her and make a long weekend out of it as she’s the only one I trust to do lip filler and other treatments. You will always love your results !!

Rhonda and her team are literally the best. We all miss Casey and pray for him but happy to always come back and see all the beautiful ladies here. They're so accommodating and kind and Shonda has the lightest touch. Love u guys.
