West Dermatology Palm Springs

Timely, thoughtful approach, excellent care. Had a cyst removed from my back and Roger did an amazing job. Hardly felt a thing. Little to no discomfort since (though it has been barely over 24 hours).

My recent appointment was my first at West Dermatology. I found the office to be welcoming and helpful. I was there for an annual skin exam and to discuss my seriously dry skin in the desert. The appointment was quick, easy and professional. I realized after picking up my prescriptions that I did not ask for printed directions on the new medications from the dermatologist. Not a biggie as they came with the prescription, but something I had become used to. All in all, a solid and pleasant experience

Loved this place. The Dr was amazing! He was patient with my daughter and acknowledged her emotions. She’s 9 and was scared for her skin treatment. His assistant in the room was very kind and smiled the whole time. The receptionist with the curly hair not so welcoming. She did not acknowledge a single patient that came in. She kept her head down and just slapped clipboards around. She never smiled a single time nor said good morning. Not the best as this is the first person you see as you enter the office.

This is my first visit to this facility. They were able to fit me in with an appointment promptly. Registration for new patients is swift with a link through email prior to visit. I was in and out within 35 minutes. Very thorough. Amazing staff from beginning to end.

Everyone there all the staff including the doctor were excellent. They listen to me treating me with respect didn't look down upon me because I had the poor folks insurance And they treated me with kindness and gave me the best medical attention that they could. I appreciate it because I've been through a lot and it's a really valuable thing to be able to be listened to and to get the help that you need. I appreciate it thank you I would recommend you to anyone
