De Silva Medical: Pamela De Silva, MD and

I must say, Dr. De Silva (Pamela) is great. Very thorough. Unfortunately, her staff is not. This is one of the most incompetent offices I've ever dealt with. It wasn't always like this. When Juliette was there, it was way better. Incompetence is their way now. "Ok, sir. We'll send it right away." They don't. You have to stay on these people, or your medicines or whatever won't get done the first time. They get told to do it again, and then they do it. I guess it's hard to find good help these days.

Dr Pamela SeSilva is outstanding, have been seeing her for over 10 years. Unfortunately I can’t take the incompetence of the staff any longer. 1.75 hours in the waiting room today and no one knew why, not even Dr DeSilva. Of all my appointments, 9 out of 10 times there’s always something.

Finally found a practitioner who believes in whole body wellness and preventative medicine. The office is beautiful and the med spa is stunning! Dr. De Silva answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. We even get a silky gown vs a paper one often used in Dr. Offices. A bonus for me, was the spa music surround sound in the entire office/spa and in every patient room. This really relaxes the mind and makes you feel like your not in a Dr.s office. The staff is friendly as well. I’m very into details and I noticed all the efforts her practice makes a patient feel. 100% recommend!!

Been a patient of Dr. De Silva for more than 8 years. Very competent and compassionate, handles all my medical needs. My problems are mostly internal medicine, but she has great referral services to specialist physicians. Staff is the best as well as Nurse Practitioner May Finley. I'm alive today because of Dr. De Silva and Professionals!
