My first visit to Doctor Campano's office was a pleasant one. The Staff were all kind & professional. The office very clean, and I enjoyed the video's being shared in the waiting room on great health knowledge from Dr. Campano. While having my Visit I felt like she genuinely cared about my health issues, I didn't feel like just a number. I feel blessed to have been led to what I feel is a good doctor & wanted to express my gratitude.

I saw Dr Campano in the Palmdale office and it seemed her office was only concerned about getting my co payments of 50.00. After 2 years and still suffering from my nose condition I decided to start the process up again. I called Dr Campano office, made an appointment, took the day off from work and a week before the appointment I'm told by Michelle in the Doctor's office they won't see me because (2) years ago I said I was going to give them a bad review. When I ask who I said that to Michelle apologize and stated she didn't know...I am a person of my word...the office is nice but the customer service or I should say lack of customer service needs training.

"I've heard nothing but good things about Dr. Campano and I believe she is a skilled professional. However, my experience with the front office staff, particularly the office manager Terry, was deeply disappointing. It seems that Terry's approach to management is driven more by power and ego than a genuine desire to help patients. She was unapproachable, and rather than resolving a simple issue with ease, she escalated it into a series of unnecessary complications, ultimately preventing us from being seen because of time constraints--something that could have been easily avoided with a little flexibility and understanding. After reading other reviews, it seems many patients share similar frustrations with the front office staff, which makes sense when considering the leadership in place. I sincerely hope Dr. Campano is aware of how Terry's behavior is affecting the reputation of her practice. A positive work environment and compassionate care start from the top, and I can't help but feel that Terry's attitude is setting a poor example for the rest of the staff. I genuinely hope that changes are made, as Dr. Campano deserves better, and patients deserve to be treated with respect and care. I pray that Terry can find peace and let go of the bitterness that seems to drive her actions."

I am delighted to have been a patient of Dr C for over a decade. She has always been cheerful, attentive, caring, effective, right to the point, compassionate, and efficient in healing my medical problems. I did not have any cosmetic treatments.

Real satisfied with the service she really took care of my situation. It’s about time that a ENT professionalism service real satisfy thank you And have a blessed day to all the staff in that facility they took care of me well
