Here’s a bad review for the Asian lady who saw me today and talked with me over the phone for a simple eyebrow care question… Enjoy reading this review, I came to inquire about the service and ask about the eyebrow care; she was so rude because I was asking her first about a neighbor who gives similar service and if she could help me to locate it.. then I changed my mind I thought to try her service because I see that she has nice clinic setting.. anyways when she learned that I’m not there for her business she changed became super rude she wanted to put me out of her fancy place.. ok I understand your jealousy lady! Calm down! next- i call her to inquire about the service and get the service done by her, because I could not get in touch with the other neighbor service place , anyways this asian place owner she knew I’m the same person.. and purposely says her service for first time client is for eyebrow waxing is 100$ really?? You did that purposely to brush me off! No one in this world charges 100$ for eyebrow waxing! Enjoy reading this bad review and enjoy your naive rich clients who enjoy your obvious two faced character.. by the way, I have the money to offer my eyebrow waxing but I will not waste it for you! I’m not a poor person as you thought! I can’t tell you’re money worshiper and bad person!

There is no one better than Julice!! She is a true professional, insanely talented, and a great person. I’ve been going it her for almost 2 decades and still drive almost an hour for appointments with her. As my kids get old enough for brow shaping, she’s the only person I’d trust. I recommend her to all of my friends in the area for all beauty needs - her services are definitely worth the price!

Got my lashes and brows done today by Christine -she is so attentive to detail and makes sure that every single lash is in place and perfectly lifted. I was ecstatic with my results. 3years ago, I had permanent makeup done on my brows -they still look amazing! As I was headed out the door, I saw someone who had just had permanent makeup done on her lips by Julice -WOW! Her lips looked so natural and the color was super complimentary. I immediately booked an appointment to do my lips, too. I cannot wait for that appointment!

Julice is the only make-up artist I trust with my brows! Her skills are impeccable and she is a beautiful person, inside and out. I highly recommend her for any permanent make-up needs. Parasol is a gorgeous salon, exceptionally clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I won't go anywhere else!!

Whats not to love? This woman owned business is thriving because Julice, the owner, has magic hands. She transformed my eyebrows to the shape I always wanted but couldn’t do myself. My eyes are brighter and my lips are fuller. I came in for all 3 treatments of permanent makeup and cont to come for touch ups every year. I wake up looking refreshed w out literally having to put on makeup. Worth every penny!!
