I had a facial with Melissa and she was absolutely amazing. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about all the products that would be useful for my skin, but she completely turned my skin around. My skin has been glowing ever since and with her recommendations I haven’t had any acne breakouts and my fine lines have disappeared. I also go to Ellie for my Botox! She’s also very knowledgeable about placement and how many units. I love that I still have eyebrow movement and everyone compliments my skin and how youthful my face looks. LOVE THIS PLACE! Started 5 days a week HBOT. Nice clean facilities, staff checks on you frequently which is good. But not an organized office. On my 11th appointment I sat in the office after being checked in, for 25 minutes past my appointment time with no acknowledgement at all. Plenty of staff around but no one acknowledged me, my 25 minutes waiting, so I left. I called to make sure I would not be charged, 2x. Once with receptionist and once with management. But of course I was still charged. I was eventually given a refund when I called and demanded 2x. They lost a customer planning to spend 6k a month for 3 months and nothing, silence. Business must be very good!

Melissa is WONDERFUL in so many ways…she is great at accessing your skin and what it needs,she knows which products to recommend,she knows which facial would be best for you,she is a fantastic dermaplaner,and as an ADDED bonus…she loves dogs!!!LOVE HER!!!!
