I’ve been healthy & very satisfied with Berman Skin Institute for a number of years. I used to see Dr. Berman & he was responsible for my numerous radiation therapy. Now my doctor is Dr. Rick who is very professional & checks my skin every few months. We are very lucky to have Berman Skin Institute in Placerville, California.

Dr. Parks is very thorough and efficient and did a really wonderful job diagnosing and treating a small lesion via Moh's surgery. All staff did a great job communicating and asnwering any questions.

My husband had skin cancer removed here. They were supposed to have the results back in a week to confirm they got it all. He has been calling and calling for results. It has been three weeks and still no one will call him back with results. We physically went into the clinic yesterday and there was sign saying they are now closed on Monday. We called again today and someone in India answered. After 10 mins on hold they come back saying the office is not answering and he will have to leave another message. We are now filling a report with the state board. Do not use this office.

My appointment was scheduled for 11:50 AM. I received a call from Berman asking if I could change until 1PM. I arrived shortly before 1PM and waited 30 minutes before a room was ready. After another 30 minutes the doctor came in to do a MOH,s surgery. She said it would take an hour to see if the surgery was successful. After another hour I was asked to return to the waiting room. After another 1 & 1/2 hours I was told they were still waiting for a room and the surgery was ok. At 5PM I was put into a dirty, run down room with a trash can overflowing with bloody gauze pads and other debris. The surgeon came in and put stiches in my forehead. I complained to the woman at the desk about the condition of the room I was treated in, I told her it was a dump, and she said it is hardly ever used. I finally left at 5:45PM. No one from Berman ever called to see if I was ok. I will NEVER go to Berman again!
