Sylvia provided outstanding service when I walked in, making me feel completely at ease and genuinely cared for. Dr. Raffi dedicates an entire hour to performing the procedure, carefully addressing every detail. The results exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Dr. Raffi to anyone considering this procedure. I’ll be returning for a touch-up in a year or so. Thank you, Dr. Raffi and team.

I experienced such poor behavior and business ethics from this office, and Dr. The receptionist (Sylvia) was extremely unprofessional with her responses, and I mentioned i came in at the wrong time, which I did not, until I proved in our text confirmation. She finally stopped with the argumentative behavior, but without an apology. Then she said the Dr was running behind, maybe even 45 minutes. She said well it is what it is, and I can either wait or reschedule or, not. Wow, this is when i should have walked out, seriously. After waiting, the dr came up to me and did not even introduce himself. On top of this, the medical room was dirty with empty viles on the counter with additional medical supplies lying around. The patients bed had a previously used liner on it, as the dr teared it off quickly upon me sitting. He was very arrogant and refused to hear my concerns. I pushed for one last try and he had the nerve to come over to me and tilt my head aggressively as he put is bare hands( NO GLOVES) on my face to evaluate the area of question. Apparently, he was not in the mood to accommodate my needs and just seemed even more annoyed. I was appauled by this behavior and stood up and said, ok thanks and walked out. Wow, It really is a shame that there are doctors who treat patients this way. Maybe they are too high and mighty, but I have news for you, it's takes a lot more than your experience. Nobody wants to be treated without respect. I would absolutely not give to a business with this type of behavior. I hope your experience is better after the office reads this review. It's about time someone speaks up to this bully mentality and bad business ethics. 🙏🏽

I always wanted to do the treatment in my spider veins I had it for many years .. just waiting for the right Doctor .. I'm working in a hospital 12 hours shift long hours standing.. my co-workers nurses came here .. the doctor is Amazing he really cares about his patients I Recomend him and Sylvia Secretary very Attentive caking you or texting regarding appoinejts .. If you are looking for a good Doctor to trust is Him 5 stars ... my legs look good I feel more confident and happy

I've been here for the last 3 years, and will continue to keep coming back! I have had an IPL and my varicose veins done here, and the experience was extremely pleasant. The doctor was very patient with me (I hate needles) and Sylvia is one of the sweetest woman I know. The final product will always blow you away.

My prominent forehead veins started becoming more and more noticeable in. my 50's. I worked for a plastic surgeon for 10 years, and noone in the medical community could offer a safe removal recommendation for those ugly, bulging veins. I found Dr. D online and did a virtual consultation. My forehead now looks like it has been airbrushed - after a few treatments my veins are 100% gone. Sylvia is wonderful and easy to schedule with and I have never been happier with a cosmetic treatment. Worth the 3 hour commute!!!
