Perfect Image Medical Spa

I want to go on this platform and share my experience so that this does not happen to anybody else . I was getting laser hair removal when a nurse lasered over my tattoo , this has caused damages to my skin and tattoo but the worse is the staff, owner , manager, nurse have not resolved this mattered they don’t deserve to be in business I would not trust them with any other major medical choice I can’t express my disappointment enough

Excellent office, very attentive, thorough,staff above and beyond. Office clean,the Atmosphere was welcoming and greeted with smiles. Celina did my hydrafacial platinum it was very relaxing. RN Alex was also very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this office.

It’s been over year since I’ve received my last treatment at Prefect Image Medical Spa, and I’m still amazed by the results. I went there for a laser hair removal treatment, and the results are still showing. I believe it was a total of 7 treatments, with about a 6-8 week break in between. After I was done with my last session, I was supposed to go back a year after for a touch up, but I still don’t need it to this day. My hair has been nonexistent for me to go back for touch ups, especially on my legs. This just shows how professional they are, and that the staff is really knowledgeable when it comes to the services that they provide. If I ever need similar services, I would defiantly go back. Really nice staff, clean, and they provide a friendly/comfortable environment.

I had the absolute best experience here. The girls at the front were extremely professional and so friendly. They gave my best friend and I a lot of helpful information about our skin. Lexi did my dysport injections and she was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable and educated us on what she was doing. Definitely going back!

Everyone here is amazing, but especially Monica! My mom is 87 with an incontinence problem. Looking online I found a non invasive treatment using the Emsella Chair. The only place that has the chair that we didn't have to drive for hours to, is this Spa. Monica helped me make all of the arrangements and took such good care of my Mom and me too! The procedure has worked. She is so much better. She walks with her head held high and has much more confidence than she had. I'm so glad I found the Spa and that everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!
