I always get a continued smile when I walk through the door and throughout my visit. Dr. Roshdieh is very friendly/caring and informative as well as his staff. I feel blessed to have them taking care of my health and needs!

The girls at the front was.like a breath of fresh air. Very professional and made me feel welcomed. I had a Dr apt before at other Dr. Office And the front desk seemed overwhelmed made me site for 1.hr 30 minutes before even registration was asked. At Western. dermatology it was great. I came early forgot to register online but I got it done in the to be seen and Dr is friendly. A+ service and I'm picky about how a office is run. I would totally recommend them.

I was a new patient. And everything from start to finish was great! The girls in the office are so sweet. All very knowledgeable in what they do. Dr was very sweet, knew what he was talking about. Hardly waited at all. Was a very nice experience

Excellent first visit. Dr. Roshdieh was very personable and friendly. His demeanor and expertise helped me relax. The treatment by everyone from check-in, nurse assistants, and physicians was very professional, but with friendly human connection.

I was advised that I should see a Dr Weiss for an allergy reaction to my skin. When I called Dr. Weiss's office, I was told I would need a referral from your office. I called the Dr.'s assistant and left a message asking her to make a referral and then to please call me and let me know so I could make an appointment/ I never heard back. Since then I have left two more messages letting her know I was in a great deal of discomfort and would like to move on this as soon as possible. No one has returned my messages. This is a real problem I think as what I asked for is normal procedure be followed and that I be informed of the situation so that I could get on with a treatment. Other than that, everything else was good. I would still like to know when a referral has been made to Dr. Weiss, and will call and leave other messages until I get a response back. In the words of our "beloved" leader...Sad. .
