I had an exceptional experience at Western Dermatology! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organized, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Dr. was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. They provided a thorough evaluation and explained my treatment options in detail, ensuring I felt confident in the process. Their expertise and compassionate care made all the difference, and I saw noticeable improvements in my skin after following their recommendations. The entire team at Western Dermatology is attentive and truly dedicated to patient care. Whether you’re dealing with acne, eczema, or cosmetic dermatology needs, I highly recommend them for their professionalism and outstanding service!

Estela is so friendly and knowledgeable. I go once a week and she checks and cleans the open wound on my leg and is very gentle. Estela takes the time to explain what I should and need to be doing in order to make and help the healing process go faster.

One of the rare times I have been to the doctor and did not have to wait! The office staff does an excellent job of scheduling and meeting the patients once they arrive. I saw a PA who was highly knowledgeable and professional. This was my first visit and they were fantastic! I highly recommend this practice!

I was taken into the examination room very quickly. I liked the doctor, but felt that he didn’t examine my face. He take me my back issues were something else but I left not sure what that was. I look forward to speaking to the doctor on my next visit.

Christine Fernandez, PA is phenomenal in meeting my care needs. There is significant opportunity for West Dermatology for improving their telephone and electronic communication. I have never received a response to telephone messages or my patient portal messages. At this time, I would not recommend this practice as a practice of excellence.
