I waited at the front desk, without acknowledgemnt, for 20 minutes...10 minutes after my actual appt. (They got you baited when taking your money before the appt. Otherwise I wouldve left.) Maybe put a bell on the counter if you're not gonna be around. To top it all off, they quoted me for a facial and neck work-up when I only wanted my neck done. Thanks for nothing.
