The staff is very helpful and sweet and Dr.Ku is just overall amazing and so knowledgeable. I went in for a reduction and the process from start to finish was so smooth, it truly has been the best experience. I’m so happy with my new boobs, Dr.Ku did such a great job! Highly recommend!

This review is for a consultation with Dr. Ku. Overall I am pleased with the office visit. Dr. Ku was professional & thorough. He listened to what I wanted to address with surgery and answered all my questions patiently. The gals at front desk were also very amicable, pleasant and attentive. I went in for a mastectomy consultation. The doctor was incredibly rude and rushy, i’m not sure if it was a sort of micro aggression but it was a terrible experience. The consultation lasted around 7 minutes. Consultation was so rushed that he didn’t even warn or inform me before taking off my robe. He also didn’t go over the surgery process or aftercare with me, I had to ask about every part (don’t go in there without knowing every single thing about the procedure and what could go wrong with the procedure because he will not inform you). I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place. If he was rushing a 10am consultation I can’t even begin to image what a surgical procedure with him would be like. Ladies at the front desk were very nice and welcoming though :).

I was referred to Dr. Ku by one of my doctors for breast reconstruction surgery. After meeting with Dr. Ku and going over the procedure process, I felt confident that I was in good hands. Dr. Ku is an expert at what he does. Also, Dr. Ku and his staff are very kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr. Ku to anyone.

Dr Ku and his team are amazing. From the very first call I made to them because I was interested in surgery and had questions , to the very last post operative appointment, my experience was great. They answered all my questions/ concerns and made me feel safe and secure with my decision to move forward. Dr Ku is a great surgeon and did an amazing job on my tummy tuck with muscle repair. I had a lot of loose skin and muscle separation after my pregnancy and now I feel like a brand new person. I have never felt so confident in jeans as I do now. Im not normally the type to leave reviews , but I felt reviews were very important when I was looking for a surgeon, so that is why I’m here, because I definitely recommend Dr Ku if you are considering surgery!
