I would like to update my poor rating of Placer Dermatology- after a very disappointing appointment with an NP who did not have the knowledge to provide care, I was charged for the appointment and treated poorly by the front desk staff… fast forward a year and a half later, the doctor himself called to apologize and make it right with me… I understand that the physician cannot always know what his staff is doing and if they are providing good and respectful care all the time…I appreciate Dr Henke for making himself aware of the issues and valuing his patients enough to follow up and offer to remedy any negative interaction that might have occurred in his office without his knowledge For this reason and because I received excellent care prior to the incident, I am updating my review Knowing that a physician would care enough to reach out personally is reassuring

NP Kathleen is absolutely phenomenal! She’s removed 5+ moles and the process has always been painless with minimal scarring! She’s so good that I’m going to be moving out of state but still plan to come back every 6 months just to be treated by Kathleen. Best practitioner I’ve had, highly recommend!
