Dr. Christian was informative and knowledgeable. He determined what I thought was a mole was something else. Unfortunately I don't remember his diagnosis as it was very medically terminology-esk. He froze it to be removed as that was the reason for my visit. However, I didn't feel welcomed by the staff. The reception person and the intake nurse. Reception was matter of fact and to the point. The nurse seemed like she was anxious to get out of the same room I was in and hesitant to get close enough to me to snap a photo of my 'mole'. Not friendly at all. I wasn't expecting a grand welcoming experience, but I've had enough of this type of stand-offish experiences and it's very alienating and somewhat demeaning. Was it my looks, my type of insurance, or just my type/category of a person? Well, I'm hoping there's no reason for my return/follow up. I do recommend the professionalism and knowledge of the doctor.

This is my third visit to Berman and have never had a bad experience. They are thorough and take care of any skin issues right on the spot. I will continue to visit this office and highly recommend it!

The offices are clean and bright, and the staff is very competent, compassionate, and professional. I learn something every time i come here. I've scheduled future appointments with this practice, and I recommend them to my friends and family.

Pardeep was truly caring about my situation. He took the time to clearly explain the process and concerns. Very good at making me feel comfortable walking through the process. I will definitely refer him to all my colleagues. Looking forward to returning soon.

Visited this place about 3-4 times throughout the past year. Recently went in and doctor May Chunn is not the type to enjoy questions or hear anything you got to say. She tried to avoid all concerns and experiences that I have, as if to sugar coat what was realistically expected from my skin recoveries. She's very knowledgeable but fails to give patients a clear-cut direction on what to expect, well at least for me. She lied to me about my skin condition, saying that it's not as worse than I thought it was, as if to sugar coat my worries. I ease dropped while we were checking out in the lobby and I heard her tell one of the receptionists what she didn't want to tell me face to face. And considering that the facility deals with cosmetology I don't see what's the big deal with her or this facility at all. Never coming here again, especially for cosmetic cocerns. Was going to give a 1 star but on a positive note May is smokingly attractive so I'll leave a 2 star
