Dr. Tom S. Liu is an exceptionally talented surgeon. He performed a breast reduction on me at the Sacramento location that produced beautiful results. His techniques are the latest of the greatest and he has literally written textbooks on micro surgery technique. If you're going under anesthesia, THIS is the guy you want operating on you. He is highly exact and is also a caring man. I absolutely recommend Dr. Liu for his big brain and expertise. So thankful to have met such a conscientious and top quality surgeon who has the best sewing skills in the world.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The office's aesthetic is absolutely beautiful- I love it! The staff / front desk are the people that initially give you a first impression of the place and they are so welcoming and make you feel seen! The place as a whole is very well put together with great energy. Now, Dr. Liu is an ARTIST that has perfected his craft! I felt comfortable with Dr. Liu from the start- he's professional, very knowledgeable, and explains the process/ products thoroughly. I trusted his input and just knew I was going to satisfied with his work. I am 1 month post op from a breast augmentation and I am beyond happy! I had the breast augmentation over the muscle and hands down I recommend this to be the way to go! Shorter recovery process with excellent appearance results. I know a handful of people that had the procedure done under the muscle and had a very long recovery process. I must add, the day of surgery every single nurse I came across at the facility spoke SO highly of Dr. Liu- he has a phenomenal reputation :)

Went to Dr. Liu in Sacramento for a breast augmentation surgery. It began with the consultation, which was very thorough. He and his staff are extremely friendly, never rushed me or made me feel like I was on a time limit. His knowledge on everything and all my questions made me feel very comfortable with my choice in deciding on the surgery, and choosing him for the surgery. Every appointment following was scheduled and handled by his staff very smooth and efficient. I was informed and kept in touch constantly and every step of the way. They were all very attentive to my emails and calls, immediate responses. Day of surgery went smooth and the surgery center where it was done at also had a very inviting and comforting staff, I can’t say enough good things about the day of surgery. Dr Liu called me himself that evening to check in on me and see how I was. Results are two weeks in and I am loving what the Dr and I decided on and am healing extremely well.
