I’m just over a year post op from a tummy tuck, lipo 360 & breast lift with augmentation after having children and losing a significant amount of weight. I attended a Q&A one night while searching for a doctor and he was the first down to earth surgeon I encountered. He was realistic about everything and thorough with explanations and didn’t force the image of perfection but rather overall wellbeing of self. Dr. Sweat was the most genuine surgeon I had met. His team is so sweet from start to finish. Every single person I encountered was cheerful and happy to answer any questions. The procedure itself was not nearly as terrifying as I thought it would be due to the care of the doctor and his team. For the first time ever, I had an anesthesiologist that was on top of everything and I had no issues waking up (which I notoriously usually vomit from). They were attentive after hours when my husband had questions regarding my care. They all were incredibly gentle during all the follow ups and even the recovery was much easier than I expected due to their detailed instructions, which I followed closely. I feel like I have a new lease on life and have broken so many mental & physical barriers due to the surgery. I actually look forward to the next step to rid my body of excess skin and to be able to work with his team again. I am so incredibly thankful to this team from the front desk to Dr. Sweat.

Yesterday, February 7th, was a year and 5 days since my surgery, breast lift and lower body lift. I am very, very satisfied with the final results. Nicole, Medical Assistant, made me feel very comfortable when I disrobed for my final set of pictures. My final set of before/after pictures were amazing. If not for a small tattoo I have, you would have thought it was a different body. Their Spa Services are also amazing, Nicole and Irina are great in the work that they do. As stated previously in a review I gave right after my surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Sweat and his staff. The staff is very friendly and welcoming when you arrive for your appointments. The facility is beautiful and state of the arts where you will feel very pampered.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’m stuck with very botched looking results I’ve consulted two surgeons to fix the work done here. One quote in Tennessee for $17k and $27k from a double board certified surgeon in California. My problem is my nipples were never even, I had a nurse check one week out and she said yikes. So of course I go back, he tries to move the nipple which he was very rude and arrogant about. Wanted me to pay an extra $500. This doctor is so rude I mentioned it to a nurse after the procedure and she blamed it on stress. This is terrible work and I’ve had two doctors sugar coat it saying the implant fell (one week after surgery? I don’t think so) but they do agree the nipple placement is not correct and I know Mr. Sweat does too as he has two eyes and a tape measurer and also tried to adjust it. I do want to point out I never met the doctor in my consult. Just a lady telling me he did her breasts and she likes them and got her nipples extra small. Oh and the price was going up soon due to price increases. Shame on me. I saw a popular YouTuber go here so I was just sucked in. That’s why I want to make this review to share and warn others. Not only can I not wear bras or swimsuits because one of my nipples always sticks out above the fabric unless taped down, I suffer with physical pain every day because it hurts to use my right arms muscle when the implant is in the wrong position I pray the results you’re looking for come to you but just know, this doctor isn’t going to give you what you need to actually help you.

I have had a multiple procedure surgery, very difficult to recover from. A breast lift with augmentation, a lower body lift, and a BBL. This surgeon is an artist! I had a lot of extra skin after losing a lot of weight from bariatric surgery. The symmetry of his cuts are amazing. And even though I'm still recovering, I can already see how amazing the results are! I cannot recommend Dr.Sweat enough for these types of procedures.
