Skin Lab Lounge, Facials, Chemical Peels, Lash Lift & More

I recently tried reaching out to schedule an appointment with my previous provider, Meghan, and was extremely disappointed by the unprofessional service I received. I asked if there was a schedule available or any way to know when Meghan would be in next, but was given no clear answers. I then asked if they could call me once they knew her availability, and was quickly told ‘yes’ before the call was abruptly ended. When I called back immediately (within 30 seconds) because they hadn’t taken my contact information, my call was ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I’m very frustrated with the lack of communication and professionalism.

I LOVE this place!! Megan has helped my skin improve from dull, dry, lifeless, and aging to bright, moisturized, glowing, and reversing the signs of aging! I'm on the Alastin and Skin-ceutical lines and they are working all the wonders along with what Megan's treatments of mild peels and targeted areas. I've only been coming here since May 2022 and have been getting increased compliments on how well my skin looks. So much so, that many who've seen the amazing turn around in my skin are now Megan's new clients! I HIGHLY encourage anyone who's thinking seriously about making a skin care change or upgrade to come to the pros at the Skin Lab Lounge. You won't regret it!!

Table was not comfy, I did the intro package for 95, and it lasted like half hour… she put two things on my face and that was it…. Ive never only have two blends put on my face… always at least 3-4…and at the end, my face looked waaay oily! Ive never looked and felt so bad after a facial. I don’t recommend. Sketchy part of town too.

I'm so happy I decided to book my first facial with Skin Lab Lounge. I did a lot research looking for Black esthetician and found Marsha! I was so nervous since it was my first ever facial but Marsha took her time educating me about my skin and telling me about the products and their purpose. She was genuinely excited to help me on my skin journey. I'm looking forward to my next appt!

I had a good experience. Liz was my lady for my facial and she was nice and gave me a lot of info about my different skin concerns :)
