Dr. Tim Roham & Dr. Ali Roham /Advance Laser & Cosmetic Plastic Surgery San Clemente

My experience with Dr. Ali Roham has always been a positive one. I appreciate going to this office for the simple fact that they do not try to push treatments or procedures to help me look better. This has happened to me in the past at another establishment, and I was completely turned off and will never go back. The staff is always pleasant and I am very happy with my Botox and Dysport injections. I have also had Sclerotherapy treatments in the past (Dr. Tim Roham) and was very pleased with the results. Dr. Ali has a wonderful personality, is extremely professional, and cares about his patients. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ali to all of my friends and family. If I ever decide to have surgical procedures in the future, I know that I would be in good hands with Advance Laser & Cosmetic Plastic Surgery of San Clemente.

I have nothing bad to say. I would recommend Dr Roham. The staff is wonderful. I felt very comfortable and at ease, as I was so nervous. This was my first time having anything cosmetically done. Meeting Dr.Tim Roham and having him perform a lower blepharoplasty was the best decision I've ever made. Very professional and polite as well as his staff. My results are amazing, & he said it's going to look better in a couple more months. I'm happy and I feel confident. I couldn't stand to look at myself in the mirror before, now i look all the time. Great Doctor, makes you feel totally comfortable and is super nice! The entire staff group was great from my consultation appointment to all my post ops. The nurses and anesthesiologist are all wonderful too! They are all very sweet and make you feel special. Im so happy and pleased with my breast augmentation and results, I'm so glad I canceled my other consultation appointments and went with Dr. TIM. I definitely plan to go back to him in the future! Price was also very competitive especially for the wonderful results.

Dr. Ali and Dr. Tim Roham are nothing short of amazing. From the minute you walk into the office you're immediately welcomed by the amazing staff. The girls at the front desk are always friendly and accommodating. The entire office goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy and comfortable. I'm so grateful I found doctors I completely trust to handle my concerns. I have referred family and friends with confidence. Dr. Ali is very gentle and I was impressed with the time he took and his attention to detail. They're the best!
