I love this place! Dr. Mehdi is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and so patient with my questions. He has done numerous biopsies and excisions on me, and they have all been very easy and stress-free. And Julie, who now runs the front office, is fantastic! She is so friendly and helpful and just makes all of the scheduling and insurance go so smoothly. I would definitely recommend this office for all of your skin cancer issues!

So grateful for Lou! She is taking such excellent care of us. She genuinely personally shows her concern and listens to her patients and their family’s questions and concerns, as they go through the healing process journey! I had Mohs surgery today. It was quick and efficient but I felt like they were churning Big Macs at a McDonald’s. Room #1 for surgery. Wait in the lobby after, to wait for lab report. Room #3 for stitches. I was asking questions about scar treatment etc. Answers were condescending. I asked for the pathology report and the assistant said I couldn’t have it. Upon insisting that I had a right to get a printed copy, she ultimately provided one reluctantly. I believe that a little more empathy and showing authentic care and respect for the patient would benefit the organization. The Argentinian assistant on the other hand was very nice and accommodating. I hope that a couple of arrogant people on staff does not impact what could otherwise be a professional and efficient operation.

My brother is a patient of this practice. It’s amazing the care and compassion they show. All the med assistants are friendly and informative. The doctors take the time to explain, sometimes over and over what the next steps are. Awesome bedside manner!

I’ve only been coming here for a couple months but even with that I’m always leaving more than satisfied. The staff is great, welcoming and friendly. My dermatologist (Dr. Raza Mehdi) has actually taken the time to help me find something & work a legit routine for my needs that I haven’t gotten anywhere else. Straight to the point and care about the outcome and results. I’m moving away unfortunately and can only hope I find another dermatology facility that cares about me the same way. If you want to also I have been recommended to get microdermabrasion through ms. LU and she’s been a delight! Sweet, caring, welcoming, and talks you through everything!
