My dermatologist was very friendly and kind. I am so pleased with the results. I was in a good mood the rest of the day after my visit. The whole staff is friendly and professional. The nurse was very kind as well. I would not hesitate to send any of my friends or family to this office. Incredible experience overall.

I'll echo the same things that people are saying about a quick mole removal but no desire to actually look for dangerous skin conditions. Dr. Willoughby quickly removed 2 moles from my face and 2 from my ear. No desire to see any others unless I was "cosmetically" just trying to get then removed. He made it seem like I was dumb for even trying to get them checked out... Even worse, the bills don't stop coming. I'm getting bills from several companies for this procedure and everytime I pay one, the next one comes triple the amount of the last. I called today and got a person who just kept repeating 'pay this bill and it will be the last one FROM US'. I asked for clarification if there were even more companies involved that would bill me and she wouldn't give me a straight answer. They will just keep billing you if you make it easy for them to collect from you. Beware that the cost estimate for procedures will only be a fraction of the costs that they continuously bill you for. Now I have to call my insurance and figure out how much I'm being asked to overpay.

Horrid experience. Rude front office staff, Dr Willoughby has some of the most arrogant bedside manner I’ve ever seen of a doctor. I visited due to a massive history of skin cancer in my family and he barely spent 3 minutes in the room with me. Be sure to check Health Grades, because I didn’t and noticed he has a 3-star review. Lesson learned. Just called there to get them to transfer my records to my new dermatologist and they wanted to charge me $25. Just bad business all around.

I’ve been seeing Amy Ellsworth PA-C for Botox injections and minor skin issues for over two years. She is a caring and skilled provider. Her placement with the injections is superior. In the past I’ve had issues with poor results due to improper placement & Amy’s attention to detail has never caused anything but excellent results. It is always a pleasure to see her.

Dr. Willoughby is incredibly dismissive of his patients and rushed through the whole appointment. I asked for a full body mole check and he spent 10 seconds looking at my moles (without taking out a magnifying glass to actually look at any). He then lectured me that exams are a “waste of time” and are only necessary for moles I’m concerned about. I have absolutely no experience in dermatology, so I would have no idea what a concerning mole looks like. I have over 50 moles on my body and would not know if one changed size by a millimeter or changed appearance, which is why I try to get an annual exam by a professional. I have seen multiple other reviews of people saying they had the same experience with Dr. Willoughby. Dr. Willoughby doesn’t seem to realize that full body exams are only an inconvenience FOR HIM and that if his patients have already taken the time out of their day to go to the dermatologist, they might as well get a full body check. He should do his job without complaining how mundane it is.
