Amazingly positive experience! Evolve staff is truly outstanding and my results surpassed any personal expectations. Dr Hess is delightfully personable and engaging. There was absolutely no hard sell or push to have any surgery. He listens, explains individual options, gives his input, and leaves it completely up to you to decide what you would like to have done. Day of surgery ran like clockwork, and staff provided care efficiently and competently. There were plenty of follow up calls to check on me, to see if I had needs or issues. My recovery was a modest 3 weeks and I returned to my normal nurses duties. The photos attached are from my assessment day (with surgical markings on my flabby chicken neck ), 5 days post op and still fairly swollen, final pic is several months post op. A visual representation of the process specific to my surgery…but remember everyone heals differently. I have no reservations and I would proudly recommending Dr. Hess and Evolve Aesthetic Surgery for any of your cosmetic surgery considerations. My entire experience was positive and my end results top-notch!

I had my procedure June of 2024, I am about 4month post-op from my Tummy Tuck. Dr. Hess and his team showed the utmost professionalism and compassion at every visit and the day of my procedure. Dr. Hess’ attention to detail goes beyond anything I would have expected. His work is a masterpiece, my belly button looks natural and my scars are position where my underwear covers them, which is a MAJOR PLUS! His entire team listened to my concerns and always responded quickly to my questions either through email or with a call. Dr. Hess is a very patient but upfront about the procedure and the potential results (he told me to loose about 5-10Ibs to maximize my result). He wanted to ensure I was getting the results I wanted, and by him advising me to loose a couple pounds would guarantee that! His whole staff is also very patient and never rushed me or bothered me with unsolicited phone calls or emails about future visits, they waited until I was ready to commit to the procedure. This was the best decision I’ve ever made for my self. There are not enough words to describe how my procedure has affected my self confidence and self esteem!

Five stars is surely not enough as I have stated before, Dr. Hess, your impact on my life extends far beyond the operating room. Your kindness, empathy, and dedication have made me feel seen, heard, and valued. As I prepare for my third surgery, I'm filled with gratitude for your exceptional care and the trust we've built. I am excited as my third surgery is upcoming in this upcoming end of the year of 2024, Dr. Hess has helped me achieve my goals and regain confidence. Dr. Hess is amazing!! My husband had a huge gash on his chin. Dr Hess went above and beyond to do a beautiful job. He came in at one in the morning to see him . I come to him for cyst removal and I never have a visible scar. He is an artist as well as a brilliant surgeon . I’m coming here for my facelift because I know I will have the attention to detail and care for my well being better than at any other surgeon in San Diego. I please just go for a consultation and you will never go anywhere else. He also is very gracious to work in your budget. I trust him completely. The women that assist him are also friendly, kind and very professional.
