Dr. K. De La Rosa is the best dermatologist. It was my first time meeting her, and she took out the cyst on my upper eyelid. She did a great job and made me feel comfortable.

I have been seeing Dr Delarosa for several years, twice a year for cancer checks. I love her! She is thorough, friendly and has a great bedside manner! Office personal are friendly and respectful. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I left the care of Dr Chen and his office during my current treatment. I felt like I was not respected properly when issues would come up. My gut told me I needed to leave and never return; the office felt very catty. Dr Chen required me to pay for the test I had to take even though I had made an honest mistake. This was the day after I had wisdom teeth surgery which I did tell them; I felt no remorse and was met with hostility where I was talked down to. Dr Chen did not explain the process of my treatment properly and was told to “read the pamphlet” by an NP. My gut was right and was told that my concerns were 100% valid by my new office since other patients had left for similar reasons. I had also found out that Dr Chen had not been prescribing the medicine properly so now my process is going to be longer since he didn’t increase my dosages properly. My current dermatologist explained to me I was on the track to finish in a year versus the 7-8 months recommended. At my previous appointment, my new dermatologist hugged me and wished me a happy belated birthday; that’s how much my new doctor cares about his patients. Very glad I switched. Insight Dermatology: people make mistakes, but don’t hold a standard of a hostility, zero remorse, and a catty office environment. I understand customer service but this was an experience I don’t wish for any patient to experience. Do better and be kind.

Dr. Bradshaw is very kind, friendly and thorough. Addressed all my concerns. Even took the time to hand write me instructions on how to use my meds. Didn’t make me feel rushed and even asked me if I had any more concerns before he left the room. The office and rooms are very clean and the staff are all very welcoming.

Always clean and neat. Professional and friendly office staff. Dr. Bradley is a wonderful Dr. I see him yearly for my check-up. Can’t go wrong in choosing this Clinic.
