First time client here and had appt with Kirstin for microneedling. After checking in, I was instructed to apply the numbing cream myself. A few minutes later, someone entered the room and asked if I was numb. I replied that only my lips were, but she didn't introduce herself. I assumed this was Kirstin. Instead of introducing herself, she quickly wiped my face roughly with an alcohol-soaked napkin, making it hard to breathe. Kirstin returned at 1:56. While prepping, I asked how deep she typically microneedles. Her response, "hmm, maybe 1-2 centimeters or millimeters, whatever"...What? in Centimeters?? It was alarming. The lack of precision and professionalism was nerve-wracking. She started needling around 2pm and focused too much on my forehead, it felt like I was having a concussion. She also microneedled my nose, which is unnecessary since it's mostly bone. When working on my left cheek, she didn't reposition herself; instead, she reached across, which felt rushed and careless. During the entire procedure, not once did she ask how I was feeling. Afterward, she gave minimal aftercare instructions just told me to apply HA serum. When I left the room and checked the time, it was 2:20 PM. The microneedling lasted less than 20 min, despite being told during booking that the procedure alone (excluding numbing and paperwork) takes about 40 minutes. Having had microneedling done 3 times before with an NP, I know what quality care feels like, but this wasn't it. Kirstin lacks passion, precision and basic patient care. The only positive part of my visit was Grace at the front desk, who drew my blood. She was professional, gentle, and compassionate, everything Kirstin was not. Good job, Grace! This was my first and last visit. I wouldn't recommend Kirstin unless she undergoes proper training to improve her technique and patient care.

Olivia is friendly, skilled and very knowledgeable. She always answers all my questions. I trust her completely. I see her for Botox and RF microneedling.

My nurse was Kirstin. She is absolutely amazing!! She really took her time in answering all my questions and concerns. She was very personable professional and gentle. I have had the same treatments at other places and by far her techniques made a huge difference. For the first time I didn’t need the little vibration buzz thing for my face to distract me from pain. I was really happy with my results and so far my swelling is really minimal on my lips. I feel like because she took her time and was gentle, my lips are much happier than they have been with past experiences. I will definitely be coming back !! The office was clean and has a happy energy.

Such a great experience at this beautiful Med Soa. One of the owners(didn’t catch her name) did my consultation with me. She was thorough & addressed my skin care concerns. I have a bit of rosacea (which I suspected but unsure about) She gave me a sample of this serum that cleared my skin up in 2 days! My skin looks amazing 🤩 (I ordered the whole kit)🙊 For my dysport appointment I saw Keirsten (sp?) and she was so knowledgeable, sweet & friendly. Kristen, at the front desk was wonderful in helping me with products that she had used for the same skin issue I had. I can’t recommend this place enough. Booking was easy, paperwork was sent to me ahead of time and the staff was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience Synerchi ❤️

Disappointed. Website/Google says the Scripps Ranch store is open on Saturdays from 10 AM to 3 PM, so I put off purchasing the product I needed for today until today. Arrived at 2:30 and it was closed. A big disappointment as I needed a product today. Shouldn’t have put it off, but then again was relying on your published hours of operation. If you could, please fix Google and the website to reflect your correct hours. It would be much appreciated.
