Pacific Lipo San Diego

I did a lot of praying and research to find the best plastic surgeon in San Diego. I am so blessed to have found Dr. Guttikonda, I call him Dr. G :). I look great right now, I can only imagine how I will look when I am done healing. Dr. G is great at his craft, he is definitely a perfectionist, very caring and kind. He heard me, he heard my concerns, my fears, and what I wanted to do. Pacific Lipo San Diego has an outstanding staff. Everyone has been exceptionally supportive, and compassionate. They take time to listen and they are so very helpful with everything. I also get the lymphatic massages, and they are worth every cent. The massage therapist Jessica is awesome. Thank you Pacific Lipo for being so wonderful!

I started this journey in July 2024 with my consult with Dr. Bivens for a Tummy Tuck. I had a host of questions and he answered them all. He prioritized my concerns and by the time I left I had scheduled my surgery! Amber and Steph are awesome. Not only did they continue to answer the questions that I had past the consult through my post op, I would get calls and text from them all checking on me post op!! Even my post op care has been extremely great. Jess is great with the lymphatic massages. She pays attention to you and your body. If she has concerns, she will bring them to the team and they address it immediately. All the staff at Pacific Lipo San Diego are beyond great! With a team like that, you can not go wrong! Oh, and by the way...I look freakin awesome!!

Nicest and most professional staff in the industry. Answered every question responsive to all calls and texts expeditiously. office was extremely clean and organized. Doctor Bivens was down to earth and did not try and sell anything. He was very patient and made several different suggestions before offering any services. I highly recommend this office. I came here about 6 months ago to get a consultation. I already had going to multiple doctors in Mexico and one here in San diego. However Dr G was the doctor that I felt the most connection to. He didn't try to upsell me or make me do procedures I was not wanting. He supported what I was looking for and that is when I decided to stay with them and leave my deposit. I had my surgery this week MR, Lipo, and Tummy tuck. Before and after the surgery the following staff has been amazing. I'm sorry if I forgot someone. They have been kind, patient, understanding and helpful. And mostly supportive before and after the surgery when you're scared and nervous to do something so drastic like this: Amber, Angelica, Stef, and Amanda. I appreciate it everything from the beginning of the surgery having a nurse with me, the anesthesiologist was very kind as well. Dr. G has like this humbleness and calmness that makes you feel like everything will be ok. I appreciated this team so much. I wanted this surgery so bad for so long, and I'm glad I picked this place. Thank you everyone for everything. I had a breast augmentation revision at pacific lipo and I’m glad I chose Dr. Guttikonda. It had been 12 years since my last one (from a different doctor at an office in Beverly Hills). I was hoping I could delay it a little longer but after an MRI showing that both silicone implants were leaking, i needed it to be done sooner than later. Stef was the first person I talked to at Pacific Lipo and she is so caring and great at her job. I felt comfortable corresponding with her right away. After my consultation I knew that Dr. Guttikonda would do what was best for my health and that was ultimately why I decided to go there. I didn’t want a doctor to just tell me what I wanted to hear. He had a great way of educating while expressing concern so I could really weigh the pros and cons. My procedure went well. He did a great job and I’m very happy with my results. The price was also competitive and they were able to schedule my surgery so quickly. All in all I would definitely recommend. You’re in great hands! The whole staff there are amazing.
