Restore SD Plastic Surgery: Katerina Gallus, MD, FACS

One of the most amazing and professional experience I’ve ever had at a plastic surgery clinic. Dr. Gallus and her lovely staff were very welcoming and super supportive in my journey. I had no complications right after surgery even right after going under general anesthesia. Never felt sick and recovery was very easy and super quick. She uses both a holistic and conventional method and the experience was top notch from start to finish! The office is always clean and beautifully decorated and never have I experienced any issues with parking. I highly recommend Dr. Gallus and wish her and her team much success!

i came to sd restore for a consultation with dr. gallus last august. she was extremely unprofessional and asked me a very inappropriate question. she giggled while asking me if i was part of the adult video industry(p^rn) because she thought that was why i was inquiring about a specific surgery. that question made me extremely uncomfortable and i almost wanted to cry. after this, i left her a 1 star review with no explanation so she called me and acted confused as to why i did that and when i told her, she tried to change her words and say she was implying that i was a model which is completely untrue because i remember her exact words very clearly and those were not it. dr. gallus then apologized repeatedly to me on the phone but it was obvious she only did that because she was hoping that i would take down the 1 star review but i didn’t and i won’t. once she realized the review was staying up, she had her team reply to it a few days later stating her certifications, experience and the number of surgeries she’s performed which doesn’t even matter if she lacks professionalism, empathy and reassurance. i’m updating my review because whenever i think about this consultation, i still get very bothered by it. it took a lot for me to go in there for a consultation and i left feeling disrespected and defeated. it is not ok for a plastic surgeon to ask that type of question and its insulting to me as a person because i would never do anything like that. i think it is very self-degrading so the fact that she felt comfortable enough to ask me that question and thought there was a chance i’d say yes made me feel extremely disrespected and offended. with all that being said, i highly recommend and encourage you all to explore your options and go to other consultations before settling on this surgeon just because she’s a female. i ended up having the surgery elsewhere with a male plastic surgeon and he made me feel way more comfortable than dr. gallus ever did. i have no regrets about seeking the surgery with him i’m so happy with my results and i’m so glad i chose to trust and proceed with him.

My experience with Restore Plastic Surgery, Dr. Gallus and her staff has been great! I had a breast explant and scar revision in December. My surgery went so well and my recovery has been a piece of cake. Dr. Gallus did such an incredible job! I honestly think I look better now with the implants removed and my lift and scars revised. I couldn’t be happier! I have also been receiving laser scar therapy with Isela RN. She is so sweet and pleasant to work with! My scars looks amazing! I am so happy. Also, Cinithia at the front desk is always so sweet and welcoming. Ava, the patient care coordinator, was also amazing! She explained everything and got my surgery scheduled within just a couple weeks of my first appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Gallus and Restore Plastic Surgery!!! They are great!

Dr. Gallus and her team have been fantastic throughout the whole process. I never felt rushed at any of our meetings and all my questions were answered. The post op sessions left me feeling confident and comfortable about my recovery. I would definitely recommend her and her team if you need anything done.

Dr. Gallus is amazing! She did my breast reduction last year and it had healed beautifully and was such a simple and easy process. The recovery was wonderful and I still visit for my Botox!
