Summary of my experience with Dr. Arunkumar's practice. First up, the clinic is exceptionally clean and aesthetically pleasant without being intimidating (amazing views of San Francisco Bay). Very welcoming support staff greeted me the first time I visited. Coordination of care was straight forward because there is always a helpful staff member who answers phone calls during office hours. Email correspondences were also answered in a timely manner. I interacted with Amy and Milka for the most part. These ladies are awesome. As for Dr. A, he has a very calming, reassuring demeanor. He welcomes questions from patients and takes time to answer them. So have your list of questions ready when you meet him. There were a few instances when I directly e-mailed him for questions and clarifications. As for Dr. A's results, all I can say is that I am incredibly happy with mine. Amazing experience: Brow lift & upper blepharoplasty. Dr. Arunkumar is an exceptional surgeon and I am thrilled with the results of my lateral temporal lift/brow lift and upper bletharoplasty. From the first consultation to the final check-in, the entire experience was amazing. Dr. Arunkumar’s calm and caring demeanor was evident throughout the process. He listened intently and addressed all of my questions before and after surgery and provided detailed and clear instructions for recovery. I had very minor bruising on my temples and the recovery was painless. My eyes look more open and youthful.
