Words cannot express how highly I would recommend Dr. Kim. I came to him in a complex situation requiring a restorative rhinoplasty procedure. He not only restored my ability to breathe, but also the physical appearance of my nose. The results look beautiful and natural. Subsequently this helped my mental health and my overall confidence. Dr. Kim is incredibly professional and mindful. He genuinely listens to your concerns and pays attention to fine details. All the while, Amy is there for you throughout the process. She goes beyond the basics, and genuinely cares about your situation and your results. I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Kim.

Horrible experience ! Had Botox with Natalie, who l used to see regularly years ago before she left ( and then recently returned to work at) Dr. Kim’s office. Natalie was incredibly standoffish and not at all the same person l had seen years back. She admitted she was exhausted working two jobs and raising two newborns, and unfortunately, this really showed in her work on me! I had Botox around the eye area and the marionette lines on my mouth. A few days after treatment, my eyes were twitching uncontrollably, obviously from injection related nerve damage. I contacted the office about this and their response was “ oh well, just eat a banana.” If this doesn’t work, then they referred me back to my PCP thus absolving themselves of all responsibility! Seriously? I also emailed photos of the way my lip looked a week after the Botox….not one thing has changed…they looked exactly the way they did prior to treatment, only worse. Waste of money, plus a very cold, uninterested staff response! Hopefully this won’t be your experience, but be warned that they will never take responsibility for their actions.

Dr. Amit Arunkumar is such a brilliant and thoughtful doctor in every way. I felt listened to, cared for and so happy with my results. The main thing I was blown away with was the relief of my TMJ with Botox in my jaw. I did notice some slimming effects even though I was getting it for my teeth grinding. The office is beautiful and in a relaxing part of the city. I’m grateful to have found him and this space.

And let me tell you, the results speak for themselves. Even though it's only been two days since my cast was removed, I'm already head over heels in love with my new nose. Even in its swollen state, my nose looks better than expected, with a foundation that promises lasting results. After speaking with my husband, I learned that he had called the hospital at the five-hour mark to check on the progress of my surgery. This proactive approach didn't come as a surprise to me – I've heard from other patients that Dr. Kim's commitment to perfection sometimes extends surgeries beyond their anticipated duration. Pretty bad experience with consultation for Botox. Lasted 20min because aesthetician didn’t think I would need a procedure and pushed me out of the room when I inquired about Morpheus 8. I still paid full price so thought she would at least stay the full consultation and answer my questions but she told me our appointment was done when I decided I wouldn’t do masseter Botox
