This was my first time receiving treatment and my first time getting 💉! I really appreciated how Nina and team at Hayes Valley Med took the time to explain any side effects, as well as the pros and cons of the procedure. She made sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I had also considered some laser treatments, but since I’m going on holiday, they advised that it might be better to wait. I truly value their honesty and commitment to looking out for my best interests, rather than pushing me towards procedures I don’t need.

Upon walking in, I was greeted so kindly by one of the front desk girls. Sat and waited for my appointment time. The Nurse Practitioner that saw me was very informative and kind during my consultation. Suggested we start off with smaller units and if I need more, I can always come back for my 2 week follow up to add more. Upon checking out, the front desk girls were amazing. They noticed I had Alle gift cards and we were able to use them. I almost forgot about them honestly. They also helped me get the most discount I could! This was my first time there and I’ll definitely be going back, they just got a new loyal customer!

Multiple unfortunate and careless mistakes. I won't be returning unfortunately since it did not feel like the staff cared much about me or my safety (aside from the aesthetician who was very kind and thorough). I went in for a consult and was never even asked what my concerns were. But asked what treatments I'd like. I didn't think too much about this and mentioned I was interested in microneedling and rejuran. I was given quotes for a nurse and I agreed and booked this service. 1) I learned later that I should have been given a pretreatment and instructions. I was only given instructions for numbing cream. This could have turned out badly since Asian skin can be prone to hyperpigmentation. 2) Even though I booked the service with a nurse, this did not occur. And I was not notified until I was at their office. 3) I asked about aftercare at the front desk and they said they would send me instructions. Nothing was sent.

I was fortunate enough to experience a diamond glow facial with Holly who travels from LA a few days a month to give facials. I was told she has a cult following and now I know why. Holy Holly! that facial was the best I've ever had and I am a certified skincare junkie who has had many facials in my lifetime. I felt like my skin just kept getting better and better as the days went on. She also recommended a stem cell serum, which has been a complete game changer. I could tell the difference within days after using it. They have several locations, but I visited the new location in Cow Hollow. The space is gorgeous and everyone is so welcoming and knowledgeable. Can't wait for my next treatment in January!!

Great esthetics center. I had the Scarlett treatment done (second time) and it was more painful but the staff and nurse made sure to listen to me if it was too much at times and had options to relieve the pain. All my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. My recovery time was minimal and I was able to get back to activities and products within no time. Nena was great and I highly recommend working with her! Patient, personable and honest!
