Dr. Horton and her staff are exceptional. Throughout the entire process, they were attentive, kind, experienced, and completely professional. The consultation process with Dr. Horton was holistic and personalized. It’s clear that Dr. Horton is an expert in what she does, and I could not have been more confident in her skill and judgment. First and foremost, Dr. Horton is a doctor. She truly cares about my health beyond my procedure. For that, I am forever grateful! The whole experience couldn’t have been more seamless for myself or my partner. We knew exactly what was happening every step of the way and the Horton team was always available any time I had a question (even answering texts). You really do feel so cared for as soon as you step into the office. And above all, I could not be happier with the results. I can’t say enough good things about this practice and am so glad I found them!

I chose to work with Dr. Horton after my initial consultation, where she spent over an hour walking me through the procedure, empowering me to make a decision to go through with a surgery I had wanted for years. I chose Dr. Horton because she was easy going, answered my questions, and preferred a minimally invasive approach. My recovery has been smooth, and I’m excited to see the finished results! I am officially two months post-op and figured now would be a great time to write a review for my journey with Dr. Horton. I’m a researcher. I spent hours and days looking for the perfect surgeon and after gathering all my notes, I had it narrowed down to a few. From the moment I requested a consultation, I knew Dr. Horton’s expertise and professionalism was what I desired most in a surgeon. I didn’t care that her practice was 1,500 miles from my home. She was worth it. I don’t need to tell you her qualifications, but believe me, she blew her competition out of the water. The others didn't stand a chance. What sold me hook, line, and sinker was not only her, but her office staff as well. From the first phone call to the last one, every single person (every one!) in her office has been positive, efficient, and gives me the space to ask questions. At the consultation and pre-op, Dr. Horton took so much time with me to make sure I understood all the details, potential side effects, and expectations for recovery and beyond. She didn’t care how much time we spent talking about it. I wasn’t a number in an assembly line, I felt more like we were two friends having a conversation. She made sure I knew that this wasn’t just a simple procedure but one that needs to be taken seriously. She eased my fears and discussed that results were individual-based but generally, she anticipated great results for me. On surgery day, her staff eased my anxiety and I remember laughing pretty much the whole time in the surgery suite. Dr. Horton’s hands made quick work and left my body in a more beautiful state than before. I knew initially the first look is not the long-term result, but I was already ecstatic at what I saw and the results get better and better each day as she had said it would. Recovery was quicker than I expected and the entire time I had 24 hour access to Dr. Horton, should I need it. Even after my last post-op appointment, she reminded me that I could reach out anytime, no matter what, even though I lived quite a few states away. If you’re looking for a surgeon and team that will prioritize your care AND comfort, you could do no better than Dr. Horton and her practice. I will whole-heartedly recommend her to any and every person that I come across. Should I ever need another procedure, she will be the only surgeon I will trust.
