Dr. Kaplan and his team are wonderful. I joined the weight loss management program and so far I have lost 30 pounds and counting. Team is very responsive. I have weekly calls with Nurse Cooper that are supportive and enjoyable. Medications are delivered to my house and on time. I highly recommend Dr. Kaplan and his team to anyone!

Dr. Kaplan and his staff are extraordinarily professional and friendly. Everyone makes you feel comfortable. All of my questions were answered and details regarding my tummy tuck and lipo 360 procedure and what to expect post procedure was thoroughly explained in detail to me prior to my procedure. Surgery and recovery went much better than I could have possibly expected. It was exactly what I was hoping for. I am very pleased with my results. Best decision I’ve ever made! I felt very judged by this plastic surgeon. I wanted a second opinion on a procedure I am having done at Sono Bello. A revision. He made a comment ‘well they’re probably sick of you calling all the time’ because it’s been two years since the surgery and I’m only now having a revision. I think that’s why he didn’t want to help me. He assumes I’m a complainer when I rarely complain about anything. Sono Bello offers a free revision within a year of surgery. I didn’t contact them until almost a year had passed to see if the lumpiness went away. I was timid to even call and ask about the revision because I’m a shy person. When I did they said it would be awhile before I could get an appointment for a revision. I said that was fine. I then called maybe twice more in the following six months to check on where I was on the list - because they asked me to. So this doctor charged me $200 to tell me he can’t help me. I had Sono Bello after having three children. Other than that, I’ve had no plastic surgery. I wanted to ask him about other things, like lines under my eyes, but felt too embarrassed by the way he acted towards me. He had no bedside manner. There is a doctor (plastic surgeon) in the same building, a Dr. Javaheri. I’ve gone to his clinic for laser skin treatments. He’s very nice and kind. I would suggest going to him.
