I have wanted lip fillers for a while now but have been so damn nervous of allergic reactions or just getting something that was not what I wanted. I have absolutely thin lips and had done a flip at the top lip but wanted a bit more height. I was super excited when I booked my appointment which was so easy to do! I showed up day of appointment, all the ladies are super friendly and made me feel very comfortable! Check in to check out I felt so welcomed. Griselda took me back to a room and really let me tell her exactly what I was looking for and what outcome I wanted. She explained every single thing in detail answered all my questions and so after the conversation my nerves were gone! She had me sit with numbing for about 15 min and then got to work! I am absolutely in love with my lips! Would definitely recommended and I will definitely be doing my lip maintenance at Glam Lab!

I am definitely impressed with their willingness to correct my concerns with a previous visit. I was not happy with my service, and they went above and beyond to fix all my issues. They were genuine about making sure I left the office happy with my service and results. These days, it's hard to find good customer service, but here they made it a priority. The prices are also very reasonable. I will definitely be continuing my beauty care with them in the future.

I went in today to get a facial done with Brianna, she was amazing and super sweet! I cannot stop staring at my face. It looks amazing. I can’t wait for my next appointment. If you live in the area, this is definitely the spot to come to for facials and they offer so many other services.

I had a great experience at the Palm Springs location. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was very nervous, I’ve never had Botox before. The nurse was super friendly and very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in great detail and answered all my questions. I loved the way i got email & text notifications leading up to the appointment. I’m very busy with work and school and sometimes overlook appointments so the reminders really helped ensure I didn’t miss my appointment. I highly recommend Glam Lab.

**** EDIT You are not even professional enough to spell my name correctly. I did not decline anything and told my injector where I always get injected and SHE recommended the placement and said if there were issues it could be corrected .. my eyebrows did NOT look like this beforehand...The issue is if i make even a slight expression my eyebrows look insane. The second injector from riverside even said she could see the issue but didn't want to work on me without knowing the previous injectors opinion bc her notes were not detailed enough. AND when I went to book again the previous injector wasn't there... AGAIN so of course I don't trust them enough to go back!**** Really should have known. Place smelled intensely like food both times I went in and when I called they answered the phone "hello" instead of saying the business name...just overall unprofessional vibes. I told the injector concerns I had about bad placement and drooping eyebrows from an injector years ago (I get botox regularly and this has only happened once before but I tell the injectors about it so they're aware) and she assured me she knew why it happened and would inject appropriately. Additionally she said if there was an issue after two weeks I could return. Two weeks go by and my eyebrows look insane. Not only drooping but wavy and crooked. So I book an appointment to come in...Appointment is supposed to be Monday I get a call saying my original injector will be OOO so Tuesday is the appointment. I go in Tuesday and she's not there and the other nurse "doesn't fully understand her notes or what she did" so she recommends I come in Thursday when my original injector will be back in office.... Luckily I call before my appointment and the girl who answers says oh no she isn't in today but someone else can inject you bc she left notes....Okay??? So the notes weren't good enough for the other girl but now they are? Repeated mistakes, moved appointments, messed up brows, unprofessional atmosphere. Not worth going back and having them make things worse.
