Dr. Natarajan is very nice and thorough with her works. It is very easy to communicate with her regarding to the treatment and appointment. You pay for every time you have the treatment instead of paying a lump sum ahead at other places. Overall, I kept coming back to her even after trying other places.

This review is long overdue, but I'm ready to submit this. I appreciated and loved Dr. N until I started to get discouraged by her pessimistic words. For instance when I would go I would feel happy and believe my face was slowly healing and getting better and she would say negative remarks like "it's still so bad"...."why isn't it going away", I'll add that on a separate time one of her tools sucked on my neck, and the last time I ever went was when she seemed stressed and frankly I should've trusted my gut of leaving but I wanted to support her business and also get my treatment done. I believe that day I mistakenly belived it was my appointment and I was happy to be able to get squeezed into the schedule. Long story short a small patch of hair got burned off my head and Dr. N proceeded to lecturing me about not wearing certain products on my face and her apology didnt sound nor seem genuine. Uh I feel like with the busy lives that people live it's recommended to send out reminders and whatnot (just a suggestion). Oh and I forgot that same day she had an assistant in the room and I have always been very particular with who treats me, but this was a great place at first not so much towards the end. I'm just glad I was able to find a cleanser that has helped me so much and I feel confident without needing to hear demeaning remarks like "it's so bad". Someone who suffers with severe acne being told that is very scarring and traumatizing, more consideration and better mannerisms should be exercised. All skin types are beautiful and I'd expect better treatment from a professional that works in the skin/cosmetology industry.

After reading all the great reviews I decided to give Evergreen Wellness Clinic a try. I met with Dr. Natarajan. I told her my concerns and she recommended a few options for me to try. She is extremely patient, has a gentle demeanor and soft touch. The receptionist is very sweet and patient as well. I had a few more questions I forgot to ask Dr. Natarajan and she answered my remaining questions. I had my 1st treatment and am looking forward to more.
