Nurse Nicolle, Tiffany, and front of office staff have made me feel welcomed, inquired about my interests/job, and treated me like much more than a customer from the very beginning. I tried this place out after a place I’ve being going to for months didn’t show the results I had expected. Wunderbar staff also remembered things I had told them months ago and check in on me! Nurse Nicolle is truly an expert and explained to me the cleanliness of her instruments and the purpose of each little thing. Any pre-treatment anxieties I had were gone by the time I received my treatment. I felt safe, secure, and the results speak for themselves. Wouldn’t recommend any other place.

I have seen Nikki for coolscupting twice, and she's the best. Extremely attentive, accommodating, knowledgeable, nice, and friendly. I would not want to go to anyone else. She is working with me because I have severe chronic pain issues, and I could not make it through the 2nd session due to a huge flare-up, and I will be coming back to finish the treatment when my body calms down. This review is for Nurse Holly. I’ve gone here for laser hair removal, laser nail fungus treatment, and prp hair restoration. I’m comfortable while there, and the procedures are quick I’m in and out within an hour. The pain from the procedures are also low, around a 4/10 on the pain scale at most and I experience little to no soreness the days following. Overall a great experience and I’m seeing results.
