I was their customer for over 3 years to do my Botox and I had never asked for touch ups before. In two couples of my last injection, the last one was few weeks ago, I experienced the splashing out of botox from forehead and eyes sides. My face was wet, and I was feeling the liquid is getting out of my skin like spray. I contacted the facility for this leakage right 15 min after injection, and they said they never heard such a thing and and if I did not see any improvement in the Botox areas, I can go there for “evaluation”. Although per recommendation of the nurse I had increased the dosage/ units of Botox, I did not see any improvement, and while I had experienced the backflow of Botox on all injected areas, I went there for evaluation. However, the behavior of nurse had attitude and complained why I have this issue! She gave me bad feelings about my concern and also she did the touch up carelessly and worn me, “ We won’t do the touch up anymore! “, I even felt the drops of Botox on my left eye side during this touch up. Excuse me!! Rather than saying sorry for your weak injection, you are giving the customer bad feelings!? Who are you? Your performance had issue, I had take off from work to come and correct your issue, you did inject the touch up carelessly and without numbing cream, and threatened me, you will not provide me the touch up!! I am not going to be your customer anymore with this behavior and attitude! Dear Customers, I am myself in medical field and completely familiar with health care services. I just put this review here to give this facility a heads up regarding its performance. and a heads up to customers to know if this facility and nurses are telling you to inject more to charge you more, it doesn’t mean you need more units. They must perform their work correctly. Pay attention! If the nurse press the pen firmly enough against your skin or if she pull the pen away too soon. You may experience fluid leaking or squirting from the needle or pooling on your skin. It happened to my injection but the nurse rather than accepting her issue, she turned the issue to me and said why I am nagging! Interesting! I paid $450, experienced Botox back flow due to her injection issue snd then she gave me a very bad feeling like I am a cheap person looking for touch up! I was your customer for over 3 years. The last couple of times, your nurse performance were not accurate to inject the botox correctly. I even increased the units in my this last injection. However, when the injection doesn’t go correctly, it doesn’t matter how many unit a person gets, half of it leakages…. You guys must respect the customers, implement Standards of Care, create patient experience, and provide high quality services rather than just charging people for poor performance. Anyway, I am no longer interested in your service.

I first started coming here for their amazing eyelash extensions. Quality work and great price. I have now been coming here for years. My regular nail technician moved out of state in 2020. The only negative review is one of the male nail technicians was 100% rude. IVY today turned my experience around. The atmosphere is great. They always recognize the regulars. IVY gave me a new set. She admitted that technicians stay late due to the customers. I thought they closed at 7:30, but it was 7. She stayed to finish my set. I also love they do payments by Venmo.

Brittany is amazing ! Went in for my first time staff is very friendly ,Brittany did lip fillers and Botox I’m very happy with my results. Will definitely be coming back in a month !

It was about ten days ago I went into Vienna Skin Care Clinic for the Micro R F procedure. I was greeted with happy smiles. My wait was minimal, and after having the numbing cream applied to my face. Dr Le came in and explained to me what was about to happen. ( I've had may procedures done by Dr Lee) this by far was the best thing that I've ever tried. It was amazing and made a huge difference. No more sagging skin and my skin feels tight and younger looking. Thank you Dr Le, Terry C
