(That heated neck pillow is a game-changer!) I’ve had many facials over the years—and professional massages—but Niki delivers hands down the best head and neck massage I’ve ever had, even compared to full on massage therapists. She recommends products thoughtfully, without ever being pushy, and genuinely prioritizes your needs. Plus, she’s hilarious and so easy to chat with. I can’t recommend her enough!
