West Dermatology San Luis Obispo

I originally I had gone to another dermatologist and was told I needed to have to have Mohs procedure but they did not have a surgeon so I asked to be referred out. I was sent to West Dermatology and am very happy. I received a call and was able to book my consultation and surgery at the same time. I saw the doctor yesterday and know that this procedure will go smoothly.

I had a new PA who was a man. I’ve always had a woman so I was a bit apprehensive. However, he was very professional and informative and made me feel at ease. One thing is, I think they must’ve forgotten to call in my RX. Otherwise, good experience.

I have been coming to West Dermatology in San Luis Obispo for a few years and they never fail to welcome me with smiles. I am seen promptly & my doctor always takes the time to explain everything & make sure I’m good. Wonderful & comfortable setting to make you feel at ease

I arrived 15 mins late for my first appointment so I assumed I'd have to reschedule, but after only a 5 minute wait the front desk made it work. Dr. Siebenlist was friendly and personable, but more importantly, I felt seen and heard....he made eye contact, answered my questions, gave me options, and when I asked for his opinion, I got it. Quick and efficient. Thanks

NP Sarah is very personal and smiles a lot. She is excellent at explaining why this changed and why this happens. Everyone from beginning to end was a delight
