Front desk staff is friendly and I feel like Dr. Li genuinely listens and cares. Two small lots (one above and one below street level) that are often full, and not easy to get from one to the other. Sometimes street parking is necessary.

I had an excellent experience at this location. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Alicia, the dermatologist I saw, was thorough, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain everything. She made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and I left feeling well taken care of. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for professional and attentive skincare needs!

Before reaching out to this clinic, I came across some negative reviews about the front desk staff. I can understand why, as the person who answered my first phone call was a bit rude. However, when I called again to reschedule my appointment, the staff member I spoke with was polite and professional. Today, during my appointment, my experience was much better. The front desk staff were once again courteous and professional. I then met with Dr. Li for a consultation, and he was excellent. He took the time to listen to my concerns, was very knowledgeable, and provided me with a clear treatment plan that sounds promising. I’m excited about my treatment and hopeful that it will give me the results I’m looking for!

Today I was happily treated by Dr. Wolf, who did a wonderful job at making me feel very welcomed, comfortable, and in good hands. I was very nervous for my cosmetic lip injections. Dr. Wolf has a fantastic touch, and a good eye to making your lips look amazing and natural. I will definitely be back to see her soon!

Difficult to reach, on hold multiple times and lengthy time for lab results gives CSI a 1 star. They strictly use their corporate lab and it took over 2 weeks for a biopsy result. Then, when surgery was necessary, they said I would have to have an open wound for 7-10 days while waiting for pathology. This is absolutely not the norm or necessary. While waiting to get on the calendar for melanoma surgery, I got a second opinion, got in for surgery and will have pathology within 24 hours. I can't even get through to CA Skin to cancel my surgery which is still a week away... so I sent an email parting ways. Patient care does not come first here sadly. I would go elsewhere. I rarely write reviews, but I wouldn't want others to go through this.
