Dr Koch is a brilliant surgeon - his background is monumentally impressive. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and exceedingly skilled in a wide variety of cosmetic and other procedures. To top that all off, he is as gentle and kind a person as you could ever hope to meet. His staff are as kind as they are capable. This office books only one person at a time and I have never experienced any waiting. It is all very quiet and pleasant and patient centered. I will only go to Dr James Koch and that is saying a lot for I have moved across the bay and no longer drive that much. But for Dr Koch I would fly in from Timbuckto.

Dr. Koch took the time to thoroughly explain the details of the procedure I’m considering and patiently answered all of my questions. His expertise and experience gave me great confidence in his abilities, and I’m certain he will be the doctor I choose once I finalize my schedule. Candy was also wonderful—her kindness and reassurance made a big difference. I went in feeling a bit apprehensive, but left feeling completely comfortable and at ease.

My experience and procedure with Dr Koch and staff was 100% positive. My result is already above and beyond my expectations and will continue to improve over time. Dr Koch is a brilliant surgeon, very kind and personable as well.

My daughter summed up the results of my mini-facelift and upper eyelid blepharoplasty when she said, "Now you look like the Mom I see in my mind when I think of you." Dr. Koch does a great job of explaining what he will do and why he chooses that approach. I never felt uninformed or rushed when meeting with Dr. Koch. Both he and his office manager, Candy, are calm and caring people who want the best for their patients.

Dr. Koch is the best facelift doctor ever. He was so patient and he answered all my questions. He is trustworthy and the one to go to!
