25 years ago I was a patient of Dr Michael Glafkides for a breast reconstruction because of a mastectomy due to breast cancer. And while we were at it, he also performed an eye lift. I was extremely thrilled with the outcome of both. Now 25 years later I decided it was time to have my breast redone for cosmetic reasons. But found he had moved. He’s the only Dr. I would travel 1.5 hours to see, because he is an expert in the field of plastic surgery. I have to say, he has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have seen. He is kind, caring, answers all of your questions, never rushes you and makes your entire experience a very comfortable one. Due to medical advances over the years, and Dr Glafkides’ brilliant expertise my outcome is even better than before. He will always be my doctor for any/all my plastic surgery needs. I had a lower eye surgery in June and have nothing but praise for Dr. Glafkides. He took time to explain everything to me and make be feel comfortable. The surgery center is top notch - excellent nurses, anesthesiologists, amazing care. And my results are awesome! I had very pronounced under eye bags that are hereditary and now it's very smooth under the eye, and the scars are just under the lash line so you don't see them at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Glafkides!

I had a great experience working with Dr. Glafkides. He has the loveliest bedside manners, making the process that much nicer and smoother. I felt listened to and put at ease of any worries. I was under great care throughout the whole process which I am incredibly grateful for. His aftercare was very thorough so it felt like the recovery went quickly additionally with the help of Melinda proving great instructions and support. They made an effort to let me know they were there in case I had any questions or concerns at any point. I cannot recommend Dr. Glafkides enough.

My experience with Dr. Glafkides and his team was absolutely amazing! He listened to me, explained to me in simple words the entire process for my breast cancer situation and made me feel very comfortable about next steps. Dr G has been my surgeon for a long time. I first met him after an unfortunate avocado accident severed my index finger nerves and tendons and he worked nothing short of a miracle putting my finger back together. This year I decided to do things purely for me and he has been excellent. I had breast reconstruction and reduction after a breast cancer lumpectomy a number of years ago left me lopsided and oddly shaped, and later same year had a blepharoplasty and tummy tuck. Both surgeries were super effective and I am so happy with my results. Dr G is very conscientious about making sure we were both on the same page going into the surgery about what was going to be done and expectations for the results. He is very concerned about safety and not biting off more than we both can chew. He was very attentive in my recovery period and even made house calls. I cannot recommend him enough. Worth every penny!
